面向航空工业 实现管理与制造的深度融合

20世纪80年(nian)代中期,亚博(bo)(bo)网(wang)页(ye)版开展了(le)以“管(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结合(he)”专门为航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)培养管(guan)理类人才(cai)的尝试和探索。其(qi)间,亚博(bo)(bo)网(wang)页(ye)版就制定了(le)管(guan)理类人才(cai)培养方(fang)案工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)广泛征(zheng)求航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)(ye)企业(ye)(ye)意见,当(dang)时(shi)诸多企业(ye)(ye)纷纷提出(chu)要加强(qiang)在校生关于航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)背景(jing)、制造(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)技术方(fang)面的知识与技能教育(yu),帮助毕业(ye)(ye)生快速融入航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)制造(zao)(zao)过程(cheng),缩(suo)短适应周期,实现管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)与航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)(kong)制造(zao)(zao)业(ye)(ye)务的深度(du)融合(he)。

亚(ya)博网页版早期的“管(guan)工结(jie)合”人才培(pei)养(yang)(yang)方案(an),核心是(shi)针对在校工商管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)类(lei)、经济类(lei)本科专业大学生(sheng)(sheng)和(he)硕士研究生(sheng)(sheng),开展以(yi)航空(kong)工业企(qi)业制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)为(wei)对象,直接渗(shen)透制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)过程和(he)嵌入(ru)生(sheng)(sheng)产工艺环节,进行生(sheng)(sheng)产组织、运营管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、财务管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、战略管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、供应(ying)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)等方面知识与技能的培(pei)养(yang)(yang)、训练,使毕(bi)业生(sheng)(sheng)可以(yi)迅速(su)适应(ying)航空(kong)工业企(qi)业岗(gang)位工作需要,并针对航空(kong)工业制(zhi)造(zao)(zao)业务不断(duan)创(chuang)新管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)理(li)(li)(li)念和(he)技术。

面向岗位需求 实现专业理论与生产实践的深度结合

学校以(yi)“管(guan)工(gong)(gong)结合(he)”人才培(pei)养方案建(jian)立了“管(guan)理(li)专业(ye)类(lei)课程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)+管(guan)工(gong)(gong)结合(he)类(lei)课程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)+制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)类(lei)课程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)”的理(li)论(lun)教学体(ti)系(xi)。其中,制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)类(lei)课程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)要包括(kuo)(kuo)航(hang)空概(gai)论(lun)、机械(xie)制(zhi)图、金(jin)属工(gong)(gong)艺(yi)学、机械(xie)制(zhi)造工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)等(deng),管(guan)工(gong)(gong)结合(he)类(lei)课程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)主(zhu)要包括(kuo)(kuo)成组技术、工(gong)(gong)业(ye)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、质量工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、价(jia)值工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)、企业(ye)运筹学等(deng)。

学(xue)校还建立了“管理类专(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)实习+金工实习”的实践(jian)教(jiao)学(xue)体(ti)系,其中金工实习安(an)排在“金属工艺(yi)学(xue)”课程(cheng)结束之后,不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)(yu)两(liang)周,指导学(xue)生从事操作安(an)全、数(shu)控加工、表(biao)面处理等在内的多(duo)工种基(ji)本训练。专(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)实习包括(kuo)为(wei)期不(bu)(bu)少(shao)于(yu)(yu)一(yi)个月的专(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)认(ren)识实习和专(zhuan)业(ye)(ye)(ye)综合实习。“管工结合”培养(yang)模式在1998年和2016年的高校本科教(jiao)学(xue)评(ping)估工作中得到了高度认(ren)可,也得到我(wo)国航空工业(ye)(ye)(ye)企(qi)业(ye)(ye)(ye)用人单位(wei)的广泛赞(zan)誉(yu)。

深挖“管工结合”培养内涵 打造特色办学新路径

学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)建(jian)(jian)立多管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)齐下、多措并举的(de)培养路(lu)径:重塑“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”办学(xue)(xue)背(bei)景,从1999年划(hua)归地方(fang)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)后(hou),尝试(shi)建(jian)(jian)立与(yu)(yu)中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)集团公(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)发(fa)(fa)动(dong)机集团公(gong)司(si)、中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)民(min)用航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)局共建(jian)(jian)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)战略合(he)(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)关系,继续根植人才培养工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);打(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”的(de)特(te)色文化,包括氛围营造(zao)(zao)(zao)、校(xiao)园景观和科(ke)技(ji)馆的(de)文化建(jian)(jian)设等;打(da)造(zao)(zao)(zao)“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”特(te)色管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)学(xue)(xue)科(ke),全面建(jian)(jian)设“航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)产业(ye)技(ji)术(shu)”“航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)经济与(yu)(yu)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)”两大学(xue)(xue)科(ke)群;完善“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”特(te)色理(li)(li)论(lun)课(ke)程(cheng),形成“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)专业(ye)课(ke)程(cheng)+数(shu)据工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)课(ke)程(cheng)”“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)专业(ye)课(ke)程(cheng)+制造(zao)(zao)(zao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)课(ke)程(cheng)”的(de)两类“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”课(ke)程(cheng)体(ti)系;深(shen)化“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”的(de)特(te)色实(shi)(shi)践(jian)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue),继续开展专业(ye)实(shi)(shi)习和金工(gong)(gong)(gong)实(shi)(shi)习,不(bu)断扩大航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)企业(ye)校(xiao)外实(shi)(shi)践(jian)教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)基地的(de)合(he)(he)(he)(he)作(zuo)建(jian)(jian)设;开发(fa)(fa)“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”系列教(jiao)学(xue)(xue)案例,强(qiang)化“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”的(de)师(shi)资(zi)能(neng)力(li)锻(duan)炼,派(pai)遣新(xin)进(jin)(jin)教(jiao)师(shi)到我(wo)国(guo)(guo)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)企业(ye)进(jin)(jin)行(xing)不(bu)少于一年的(de)实(shi)(shi)践(jian)锻(duan)炼,邀请管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)专家进(jin)(jin)行(xing)专题讲座;举办“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”的(de)学(xue)(xue)生创(chuang)新(xin)活动(dong);开展“管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)”的(de)订(ding)单定向培养,结(jie)合(he)(he)(he)(he)航(hang)(hang)(hang)空(kong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)业(ye)企业(ye)的(de)需求设置(zhi)定向培养班级,组建(jian)(jian)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)创(chuang)新(xin)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)班、财会(hui)创(chuang)新(xin)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)班等。

目前,亚(ya)博网(wang)页版(ban)管(guan)理(li)学(xue)门(men)(men)类已有会计(ji)学(xue)、财务管(guan)理(li)、审(shen)计(ji)学(xue)、人力资源管(guan)理(li)、档案学(xue)、工(gong)(gong)业工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)6个(ge)专业获批(pi)(pi)国家(jia)一流(liu)本(ben)科(ke)专业建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she);另有工(gong)(gong)商管(guan)理(li)等5个(ge)专业获批(pi)(pi)省级一流(liu)本(ben)科(ke)专业建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she);工(gong)(gong)商管(guan)理(li)、管(guan)理(li)科(ke)学(xue)与工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)、图书情报档案管(guan)理(li)等管(guan)理(li)门(men)(men)类学(xue)科(ke)拥有硕士学(xue)位(wei)授予权;拥有会计(ji)、审(shen)计(ji)、工(gong)(gong)商管(guan)理(li)、工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)管(guan)理(li)专业学(xue)位(wei)类别授权并招收硕士研究(jiu)生。学(xue)校(xiao)于(yu)2021年11月获批(pi)(pi)河南省博士学(xue)位(wei)授予权立项建(jian)(jian)设(she)(she)单(dan)位(wei)。我国航空(kong)工(gong)(gong)业系统的下属企业中,超过(guo)40%的总会计(ji)师、财务部(bu)门(men)(men)和审(shen)计(ji)部(bu)门(men)(men)负责人毕业于(yu)亚(ya)博网(wang)页版(ban)。
